out at holylands you are suppose to have a flag on your bike for your safety, in the sawgrass the fourtrax cant see you, as well on the levee, dont exceed the speed limit. fwc will ticket you.

I don't think you need the
ohv stickers out there as half of my friends have them and half do not. It does seem that the officers there show a little more slack if you do have them. Make sure you fly your flags and bring a extra 1 just in case. I had 2 extra's a few weeks ago and sold them to a father son combo who had no flags for exactly what i paid for them.Make sure you have a good strap or winch cause with stock tires you will get stuck.

Have fun

Copies/pamphlets of the rules are in a box on the Everglades WMA sign south side of the first bridge where most park. And, more can be found on the Holeylands sign north side of the pump house 8 miles west.

Per the FWC website listed under PUBLIC ACCESS & VEHICLES paragraph 12
"No person shall operate any all-terrain vehicle, motorized 2-wheeled vehicle or motorized 3-wheel vehicle unless it is equipped with an orange flag at least 10 inches wide and 12 inches long and displayed at a minium height of 6 feet above the top of the seat".

All riders under the age of 16 must wear a helmet and eye protection.

There are plenty of dry areas to ride.
