What are you using, that crappy microsoft image resizer? if so its typical microsoft product and resizes like junk pixilizing everything.

to late .I saved the changes. I tried to resize them by opening with paint,then sketch & skew them i resized the horizontal and vertical % as well as horizontal & vertical degrees.
