Title: SFWM Declares water shortage in South Florida... Post by: cheropride on November 10, 2006, 07:58:54 AM Now, is it just me, or doesn't anyone else find this a little funny.
They closed down Holey Lands, because the water levels are too high. You drive down Okeechobee (US-27) and the canals are basically at the same levels as the road, but yet we have a water shortage. Yea, makes sense to me. If you ask me they just need to fix the dykes at the Lake and that would put an end to this nonsense. (They are keeping the Lake levels down due to the levies could fail). You ask me, if SFWM would just leave stuff alone, all would be fine.... Title: Re: SFWM Declares water shortage in South Florida...
