I'm not quite sure OSHA would like the conditions the owner is putting his employees under there,,,,I see no safety harness, no ladder, don't see someone holding the bottom of the non-existant ladder,,,,no safety glasses or gloves,,,sheesh, the owner of that shop could be facing some severe fines for forcing his employees into such dangerous positions of acrobatic feats.
