Title: 2005 Kazuma 150
Post by: yunt2ride on May 16, 2006, 07:01:15 PM
I have a 2005 model Kazuma 150 and the rear end is not engaging. The sprocket is just spinning but it will not move. Any suggestions.

Maybe the axle spline is stripped out.....

This rear is different from any other. It actually has a lever that changes it from forward to reverse in the differential somehow. Almost as if its a square box with oil. Kinda looks like it could be hydrolic or something.

my son has a falcon 150 your problem is in the trans it is one of the gears inside you can buy single gears but dont, buy the complete set they are machined as a set very easy to install 10 minute job I bought a complete trans for 100 bucks the gear set will be even less.done it multiple times the website is Kazuma Products list ,should get you there
