the guy at dealer said you can buy a switch to switch the full time 4wd to 2wd anyone know whos sells this?

That's called a 424 device, do a search here and you'll find info.

They're about 300 dollars and I hear they're great. Allows you to spin the tires and you won't have the grab anymore. I'll be getting one on my rancher for christmas.

I bought two on EBAY for $214.00 shipped. They work great and take about 1 hour to install.
