Can we ride at Holey Land / Rotenberger area?

Did they ever open it back up?  been away for a while

We were there a few weeks ago.  Only levee riding for the first three weeks of hunting season.  I think after that the north side was open to ATVers, but check with the rangers before riding.  It was really wet there a few weeks ago.
