04 Sportsman 700 EFI Instrument Pod Question

The Speedometer/Display on my bike quit working after a crack in the plastic clear cover allowed water to get in... I took it apart and there were 4 yellow led lights blinking inside when the key is on.. The 4 lights are dirrectely on the circuit board on the outside edge.... Does anyone know what this means? Is the Speedo fried? and is there some kind of fuse that goes to the unit that might be blown?

I have everything torn apart down to the circuit board.. Nothing looks burned up... Is there a fuse somewhere do you know?
