WooHoo! Got back late last night from NC, went up Thursday afternoon to "Sign the papers" on the Property/House in NC!
We only had 3 1/2 days and 25 hours of it was driving...
But having the new truck made the trip AWESOME!! (Thank-you Dale
)
Friday afternoon after closing
Finally got to ride on Our Property
Worked hard all day Saturday cleaning up the place
A "BIG" THANK-YOU to my brother Larry....
and my nephew Taylor....
and the Vincent, the worker Larry brought..
So the yard cleaned up pretty good
We came across a Copperhead while cleaning up....and I shot it
I have already caught he11 for killing it from my Environmental Science co-workers ..
After a hard day we all went up on top of the Mountain to toast ...again
and Thank-You Susan for driving 3.5 hours to share this with us...
and for letting us stay with you
This is a awesome cabin!
and what a (Private) view of the Ltl' Tennessee River
Can't wait for the next trip

Wow, what a great place! Such beautiful pictures and I bet they don't even come close to doing it justice.
By the way, I'm w/ you...I'd have shot the snake too! Tell the ppl giving you trouble that next time you'll have the snake shipped special to their back yard so their pets and kids can play w/ it. HAHAHAHA! Bet they wouldn't want it if it were in their back yard. But it's supposed to be ok in yours? NOT!

That pic is on our property, we have a sliver of land that follows the creek up the Mountain and opens up to about 1 acre, thats where that pic was taken. We plane on putting one of these there
the only thing is the noise from the creek might keep you up all night
These "Park Model Cabins" and made in Franklin and are solid wood inside and out! Maxed out 35k delivered
Blows the ones in Okeechobee away

What I really want to say would be edited out quickly by a moderator… That place is absolutely breath taking. We want to plan a trip sometime in October to North Carolina… To visit family and do some riding. That cabin Idea would be the best… No construction crews to watch or anything . Just sign on delivery and your done!
