Saves a little bit of trouble getting the kids legal, still a BS way for them to make more money.

Definitely save time and inconvenience, but like you said just another way to rake in the cash. I don't care what they see or how they click the mouse, it can't do much for safety of riding an atv in real life. If their actual goal was to get everyone to watch the videos and learn the rules they could all offer the online course for free.
All they want is the money.

Anything resulting in more government control is unacceptable.

Looking forward to change...........in 2010 and then in 2012 !

If you complete the online course, it appears you get what's known as an observer certificate.  Still lets you ride but I'm not sure what the difference it makes between an observer and atv cert.

"When plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men living together in society, they create for themselves ... a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that glorifies it."
