Hi I got this atv a couple months ago but before i got it it has been stting outside for a 1year or so. ok here is the problem i try to started and didn't have any spark check and the coil was broken. replaced coil, also flywheel magnets came apart, replace flywheel magnet and  stator. new cdi . still have no spark can't get it to crank from switch either have to jump solenoid to get it to crank. any info will be appreciated Thanks in advance.

I having the same problem(kinda) I have a 500 sp HO replaced=starter,solenoid,Bendix,battery,now replaced the headlight/reverse override/on-off switch module thingy. mine still is dead Cry but have that looked at on yours. try dropping toy Doc a text.

^ maybe the cdi box is bad? or stator?

figured it out,a wire on the solenoid was broken,could not tell till I put a test light on it.I got a Polaris Manuel might be able to help you with your bike.

its he around the pasco pinellas area? how much he charge and hour? or does anybody knows about a good shop around pasco pinellas area beside the dealer?
