How about some posts on the less technical stuff like stuffing an inflatable ball in the front frame so that when you hit deep water the front floats, or sticking a golf tee in the bowl drain to prevent water from backing up into the carb. Think cheap, cheap, and redneck.

Yes it will work. I've also seen the white boat bumpers strapped under each front fender.

It won't work unless you use braided line and a Penn 6500 or bigger.

How about bringing a small boat anchor so when your alone and stuck with no trees around, you can have a place to hook your winch to.  Or when your miles from camp and you rip a large hole in your tire's side wall stuff it full of grass or other plant material to get you home.

Used medical tape from firstaid kit to make temporary pipe fitting over the carb to piston manifold. Worked for the hour it took to get back to the trucks.

Try slitting two 1 gallon plastic milk jugs in half and crazy gluing each one to the handlebars as hand guards.
You can paint them like the rebel flag if you like.

I like to use empty milk crates for storing my cooler on the front.Strap the crate to the rack then bungie the cooler  in.

I think a set of curb feelers would look great on an ATV.  Perhaps a "How's my driving?" bumper sticker or a roll bar made out of PVC pipe.

Anybody ever put a tractor muffler called an AC 3 on their ride? Is it like snorkeling the exhaust or is it just a muffler?

Found AC3 mufflers at the Tractor supply center, had to order it,$35. I'll let you know how they perform. Have been told that these are just as good as the expensive models, We'll see.

Wait till you see what I am gonna do.....
1. Gonna fabricate chopper like handle bars ..not to much of a pitch bend to maintain control
2. Make that with a twist throttle
3. Fabricate a seat mounting plate and put a single chopper like seat in there but make it so the I can access the air box and battery

I am looking forward to having the first atv-chopper

Right now I am working on the measurements for the handle bars
