Tires and wheels

I am in the process of buying tire and wheel combo.. So hears what I need to know Which tire should I get I will probaly be doing track riding, sand , and trails. I also need to know witch wheels are better and STRONGER. Please reply with feedback And give me some pros and cons  



Remeber Im on A 250ex and even thought IM going to A track im not going to be "Dreth styling it" As in I probaly wont be getting that much air :-/
