Antifreeze in 250f

What antifreeze do you use in your 250f/450f??....cause i use green 50/50 and it burns fast and comes out of the overflow a lot

i figured out the problem....Its because I let it Idle too long cause i wanted it to break in but since i was idleing it for like 5 minutes it overheated
