ok, our xr50r 03' has a issue in that the throttle wont twist. it is like it is stuck. so would that be the cable or the carb messed up? i took the carb abd throttle assembly off and i pulled on the cable and it didnt move. what would you say is wrong and what needs to be fixed?

diconnect the cable from the carb and see if the throttle moves freely, if so then your problem is in the cable.
