my parents n i are thinking about splitting a rr deed and had a few questions how much does a lot run [either size] the $100 guest fee how long is that for just 1 day and is that per guest what kind of campsite do you get just a few questions we had and please dont say we should just buy at suburban estates

The guest fee is a yearly fee I think. Cant really tell you how much a camp site/ deed is.

Yea I agree do not buy at suburban estates it sucks out there, land cost a lot of money and no place to ride. the state just bought 5000 acreas out there and the police are bad there

about the guest passes could my uncle aunt n 2 cousins come w/ us as guests or only 2 people at a time
