Polaris 500 no fire

It started yesterday morning and I shut it off and tried to restart later and it would not start. Checked it out and not getting any fire. Its not the coil and the positive wire that goes to the coil is not hot. I'm thinking its one of the modules but not sure or which one it would be. Any suggestions. This quad has been in a lot of water also.
