ATV CLUBS!!!!!!!!!!

Z400BADBOY · January 27, 2005, 07:51:58 PM

Are there any atv clubs around?

GaryinSeffner · January 27, 2005, 08:40:57 PM

why dont we start our own?

we know enough people around the area to get something going....who knows what could happen once word spreads!!

Z400BADBOY · January 27, 2005, 09:29:19 PM

Lets do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Group rides, get togethers, travel together

GaryinSeffner · January 27, 2005, 09:34:03 PM

sounds like a plan. We'll have to get together and throw some ideas around!

Sounds like we need to go riding and discuss this more haha....good reason to ride at least!!

Chuck_Norris · January 27, 2005, 10:01:58 PM

heres and Idea, lets call it ATV Florida.

. LOL I had to gauge at ya. We have a group up here in Jacksonville called the River City Dirt Riders. they are more Dirt Bike Oriented but they'll learn someday. They have actually asked us to come out to some of the events to help massage the trails for them.

GaryinSeffner · January 27, 2005, 10:14:22 PM

hey Chuck glad to see you're in good spirits.

you mean we have to come up with a name and everything...

....guess we better get started huh Lance?!!

Hoosier Daddy · January 28, 2005, 03:17:46 AM

1Scorpion · January 28, 2005, 12:57:40 PM

Feb. 26th sounds good any ute riders interested

Saltsdale_CEO_Huny · January 28, 2005, 05:14:18 PM

We have done the Christmas parade here in Lake County for for the past 2 yrs for the Saltsdale Muddhole,, had the big trucks up front and about 15 4 wheelers bringin up the back.. it was awesome

yamadooski · January 28, 2005, 11:50:56 PM

This would be good. FTR has over 20 different clubs in Florida for all the different districts.
They then put on races and events.
Such as XC, MX, Enduros, Group rides, Chariety benefits, ect.
Guess where they usually ride?
On members land. Some ppl in this state do own land in excess of the size of croom.
You know what that means? N0 local harrasment from the Hawaii Five O.

Im all up for it. FTR has been pushing quad clubs for the last few years.
They want to get the quads on their own weekends for racing.
Right now we share the day with the dirtbikes.

YFZ450-Tampa · January 29, 2005, 03:44:18 PM

I'm in too, just keep going on...

dookie · February 01, 2005, 08:51:24 AM

there are a few riding clubs down here in miami that put on some big greoup rides a few times a month..

L.E._YFZ_2005 · February 01, 2005, 08:59:04 AM

so are we setting a date to all meet and ride

GaryinSeffner · February 01, 2005, 02:35:23 PM

I definitely want to meet up and see what we can get started. However I am not available through the end of February.

How does March 5th sound to everyone?

We could meet at Croom and ride and then discuss our options and what things we need to do to make this happen.

Z400BADBOY · February 05, 2005, 03:53:25 PM

sounds good to me

L.E._YFZ_2005 · February 05, 2005, 03:57:49 PM

GaryinSeffner · February 05, 2005, 04:00:37 PM

Z400BADBOY · February 05, 2005, 04:25:21 PM

Hey BUDMAN you're right......we're sorry, us YANKEES get confused sometimes. lol.

http://www.muddywatersatv.org/

GaryinSeffner · February 09, 2005, 08:41:39 PM

how about CENTRAL FLORIDA OFF ROAD.

If we take the ATV part out of the title we can have some two wheelers or maybe even some trucks involved in the club.

Unless of course you guys want strictly ATV's and thats fine with me cause I like four wheels and my truck stays on asphalt!

hey all you PS junkies......we're gona need a logo for this thing if we really get it going....think you can help us out??

GaryinSeffner · February 14, 2005, 04:50:35 PM

Just wanted to bump this thread and check the interest again. We only have about 5 people interested right now. Thats enough, but the more the merrier

atvtrailer
sport66
1scorpion
le yfz 2005
z400badboy
garyinseffner
joshintampa
wareracing07 - I think Chris just wants the parade rides

If you're in the area of West Central florida and interested jump on board. Doesnt matter what kinda quad you ride but so far they are all sports! Not sure what this club will include or be doing together other than riding but we have a group
ride planned for March 5th at Croom for everyone to meet and kick around some ideas! (and some dirt)

SO who's next on the list??

1Scorpion · February 14, 2005, 05:32:55 PM

Add 1 4x4 utility rider ! I'll bring a tow strap.

stump66 · February 14, 2005, 05:45:36 PM

I'm in for sure.
How about "The AtvFlorida Family"
Or like the 4 H club but 4 F club
FFFF "Florida Fourwheel Family Fun Club"
FCC "Fourwheelin Community Club"
JAFO "Just Another Fourwheeling Outdoor Club"
MSG "Mudd Sweat & Gears"
ALFA "A Large Family of ATVer's
FAC "Family ATV Club Or Community"

I'll think of more if any of these sound ok.

Croom would be ok I won't be able to go into the riding area with my bikes.I really want to get involved and meet some of you guys. The entire experience of this website has been great. I still haven't registered them and don't want the extra expence of 4 regies and 4 croom fee's right now.

GaryinSeffner · February 14, 2005, 05:58:46 PM

you're both on the list

atvtrailer · February 14, 2005, 06:03:29 PM

i may be in

GaryinSeffner · February 14, 2005, 06:23:25 PM

Quotei may be in

come on buddy you live at Croom already

it's not like you have to sign your life away. we're just looking for people to ride with and a group to belong too. maybe we should just call ourselves "Friends on Four Wheels" haha. So you're in right??!!!

no money involved and no strings attached.....just gotta ride with us but that isnt a chore!

L.E._YFZ_2005 · February 15, 2005, 04:47:57 AM
