Need some help

[01_DS650]

I have a 2001 DS650 and I have the tach that i need to install and was wondering if anyone would like to come over and give me a had and maybe do a little riding afterwards. The main thing i need help with is cutting the hole in the plastic dash. I don't really have a gig saw or anything. Also my electric fan doesn't come on if we could look at that that too. I'm avalable sat the 26th until like 4 or 5.
