There are a lot of major brands out there. Probably the best bang for the buck would be eaither a Houser, or a Lone Star.

Houser or Walsh for durability all the way
2000-03 CRF450EX ..... Houser +3 LT a-arms and +1.25 swingarm, Custom Axis fully adjustable suspension front and rear, Walsh radiator, Douglas wheels, CRF450 motor, not quite done yet though......

We are working with walsh on some issues with a stem right now. Walsh by all means are about the best out there, But we have to get this one figured out. ;D

Houser is a great stem.....

Walsh and Burgard are also great products

with an aftermarket stem the biggest thing is picking your length, stock ,+1, +2....they are all such an upgrade from stuck.....remember to use a good anti vibe clamp as well for the best results.  Heck pick up a WER dampner from ATP while you are at it and it will feel like you are on an entirely new machine!!!!
03 400 EX.........best pit/practice bike ever
04 450R............a slow quad for an even slower rider!!
